it is up to preference in which one you like better. Does Tempered Skins for Males work with Better Males Remesh or is it it a complete body replacer in its own right?īetter Males and Tempered Males do the same thing so you can only use one.
Prior to your post I had already installed Better Males Remesh.
I just finished installing Interesting NPCS via NMM (I downloaded it from the site) and imagine that I should now install the Interesting NPCs - 3DNPC - Overhaul mod. I'm just being extra cautious about downloading some of these mods. Originally posted by Echobaby:Rez, I haven't even played the game yet, so I'm not too sure what I'm talking about. In NMM the icon next to it is a red circle with a line through it. I'm going to try to make tomorrow the day I actually start playing the game.įor some reason I could get Skyrim Better Roads to install. Should I interpret the "You don't need." statement as the Full_optimized file actually exceeds the requirement? I have the ApachiiSkyHair_v_1_6_Full_optimized installed. One of the requirements is ApachiiSkyHair SSE:
Does Tempered Skins for Males work with Better Males Remesh or is it it a complete body replacer in its own right?Īnother mod I want to download is Apachii Hair For Interesting NPCS. Rez, I haven't even played the game yet, so I'm not too sure what I'm talking about. Hope everything works and you enjoy Skyrim, in combination with my console hours I have over 2000 in the world. It might be fine for you though, when you actually get around to playing the game it should become easier to see if you don't like an aspect of the game and find a mod that addresses it. Lastly what do you mean by pitfalls? I can only assume that you mean Fails or something that you might want to improve upon, if so the combat is somewhat lacking, but there are overalls for that as well. Immersive citizens is compatible, as well as TCO, that only edits vanilla characters so compatible. The overhaul does need to be loaded after and allowed to overwrite anything in Interesting NPCs it asks.Īs far as I know there are no Incompatibilities with anything that doesn't edit the same things. Now for Interesting NPCs I assume you got it from right? If not I'd get it from there, it is the official site for all 3dnpc projects. Hello again Echo, so first the Male Replacer, I personally use Tempered Skins for Males Replaces textures for face and body, there is another called better males if this doesn't interest you.
There's also a mod called Interesting NPCs - 3DNPC - Overhaul, and I'm guessing I would want to install that one after installing NPCS SSE 3.42.Īre than any incompatibilities with any of the popular mods, like Total Character Makeover, Immersive Citizens, and another other mods that work with characters? Will that procedure work for SE (I'm guessing it will and just want to make sure).
Once the load is complete, simply activate 3DNPC. Select the 3DNPC 7zip file and click open. Open NMM and click the “Add Mod from File” button located in your Mods tab. I'd like NMM to do the actual installing, and I found this advice on the non-SE page for Interesting NPCS: I downloaded the file Interesting NPCs SSE 3.42.7z from an offsite location. Interesting NPCS is highly recommended, so I want to install it. First I want to thank everyone that's been answering my questions! I haven't actually played the game yet, and am in the process of installing mods (25 to date).
